I’m looking for a role where I can own complex customer escalations, partner cross-functionally to deliver timely resolutions, and continuously improve processes—using clear documentation, strong problem-solving, and a customer-first mindset.

I’m a Resolution Specialist focused on quickly unblocking complex customer escalations—automotive parts orders, shipment delays, warranty claims, and product discrepancies. I coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and supplier teams, handle returns/refunds/replacements, and execute Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA) to improve outcomes for every case.

Previously, I worked as an Implementation Specialist where I built detailed project plans, tracked progress, managed scope/schedule changes, and enforced project standards using the eClinicalWorks methodology.
