What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead government or public-sector technology programs where I can build PMO capability, modernize systems, strengthen delivery governance, and align cross-functional teams with financial, regulatory, and organizational goals.

I've led enterprise IT program management and PMO strategy for the State of Ohio, supporting statewide Social Services and Childcare programs. I established a Microsoft 365 Center of Excellence and led an 18-person multidisciplinary team.

I built a PMO function from the ground up, creating governance, business processes, resource-planning frameworks, and Clarity PPM adoption for a state government IT organization. I also directed QA delivery for a major Unemployment Insurance System Transformation program and expanded oversight across up to 60 QA professionals.

Across 15+ large-scale government modernization projects, I've delivered AWS and Office 365 migrations, Oracle-to-PostgreSQL data migration, UAT, automation testing, and RPA using UiPath. I align delivery, budgets, risk, compliance, data security, and executive reporting to keep complex programs on track.
