I’m looking to lead enterprise technology and regulatory programs, align executive stakeholders, and use data/AI analytics to improve forecasting, risk visibility, and delivery efficiency across Agile/Hybrid SDLC—delivering on time, within scope, and with audit-ready governance.

I’m a Senior Program & Project Manager with 15+ years leading enterprise technology, regulatory, and cloud transformation initiatives across financial services and SaaS environments. I’m known for stabilizing complex programs, aligning executive stakeholders, and delivering measurable outcomes that hold up under quality, cost, and compliance expectations.

I lead end-to-end SDLC delivery with scope, schedule, and budget ownership, building governance frameworks, RAID logs, and success metrics to strengthen audit readiness. I design and deliver executive-level KPI dashboards and release readiness reporting, and I reduce delivery risk and forecast variance by proactively identifying risks, resolving impediments, and communicating program health.

I leverage data analytics, dashboards, and emerging AI tools for AI-enabled project forecasting and risk analysis, improving forecast accuracy and delivery visibility. From planning system/unit/regression/load/user acceptance testing to optimizing MRA2/change management processes, I focus on operational efficiency, traceable documentation, and reliable, scalable system architectures.
