What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote Customer Support, Customer Service, Customer Operations, or Marketing/Sales role where I can use my experience and continue to grow.

At Tri7Solution, Inc, I contact customers by phone to explain products and promotions, answer questions, and follow up on concerns. I record customer information and call results while working toward daily and monthly sales targets.

At Bank Nobu, I assisted around 30–50 customers daily with account services, inquiries, and complaints. At Bank Mega, I promoted credit cards and achieved monthly acquisition targets of around 10–20 new customers. I also taught English and basic subjects at Buoyant Montessori School.
