I seek a customer-focused role where I can leverage my telemarketing and leadership experience, grow professionally, and contribute to a collaborative team.

I am a customer service and marketing professional with experience in branch service, telemarketing, digital telemarketing, and team leadership across finance and retail sectors.

I have worked as Admin/Customer Service at Vein Shop and in telemarketing roles at FIF Group and MNC Group, and served as a Team Leader in marketing at BFI Finance.

I studied at STIPRAM Yogyakarta University (2016–2020) and completed U-CAN English for Hospitality Industry (2021), which strengthened my communication and hospitality-focused English skills.

I am punctual, hardworking, quick to learn, and work well in teams; I seek opportunities to grow my skills and deliver high-quality customer experiences.
