I’m looking to lead end-to-end employer brand and EVP strategy—mixing analytics, storytelling, and paid social—to grow candidate attraction, employee advocacy, and inclusive talent pipelines in a high-trust, cross-functional team.

I’m an Employer Brand Manager with 13+ years building global EVP, recruitment marketing, employee advocacy, and talent attraction programs across complex organizations. At Index Exchange, I built and scaled a measurable, global employer brand from the ground up—translating engagement data, competitor analysis, and executive interviews into storytelling pillars that guide talent marketing and campaign strategy across North America, EMEA, and APAC. I’ve driven standout performance, including 139% LinkedIn engagement growth and improvements in impressions per post, while launching YouTube as a measurable employer brand channel and scaling paid LinkedIn campaigns to exceed impression goals and strengthen buyer development and engineering candidate outcomes.
