I seek a senior role where I can lead employer brand and internal communications, drive engagement, mentor teams, and deliver measurable reputation growth.

I am an employer brand manager with deep experience leading global campaigns that elevate corporate reputation and employee engagement. At Elsevier I led cross-functional strategies that combined corporate brand and marketing, driving award-winning recognition and measurable platform growth.

My work has produced multiple industry awards and top employer rankings, and I manage multi-channel content pipelines, EVP development, and analytics for sentiment and reach. I also consult on psychological safety and have facilitated organization-wide programs as a certified coach.
