The company as it's known today was formed in 2023 through the merger of two industry leaders: CNSI (Client Network Services, Inc.), founded in 1994, and Kepro, established in 1985 as Keystone Peer Review Organization, Inc. This union brought together decades of experience, with CNSI known for pioneering web-based Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS) and Kepro for its extensive background in care management and quality oversight, including a long-standing relationship with the Department of Defense TRICARE program.
