What I'm looking for

Remote-first SaaS role in customer education, customer enablement, or product management. I want to own the customer learning experience end-to-end, whether building an education function from scratch or scaling an existing one. Canada-based (Calgary, AB). I'm a product leader and EdTech founder based in Calgary, AB, with 15+ years building learning programs, products, and teams across SaaS, education, and healthcare.

I recently founded LearnPath, an AI-powered personalized learning platform that issues verifiable skill credentials (Open Badges 3.0, aligned to O*NET occupational data). I designed 14 production AI systems for it including a Socratic learning assistant, adaptive diagnostic engine, and a six-criteria credential integrity pipeline. Built entirely through AI-assisted development, zero to pre-launch.

Before that, I was Senior PM at InSite Information Systems, where I led AI experimentation on Azure AI Foundry (3 functional MVPs, 70% positive user feedback), cut customer onboarding time by 25% through UX research, and took a SaaS pre-hire assessment platform from concept to launch, growing revenue by 10%.

My background sits at the intersection of product management, customer education, learning science, and AI. I'm drawn to roles where I can own the full customer learning experience, whether that's building an education function from scratch, scaling an LMS product, or leading a customer enablement team.
