I’m looking for a client success role where structure matters—building scalable retention and expansion systems, partnering cross-functionally, and using product data to deliver ROI-driven guidance that customers can feel.

I’m a customer success and operations leader who builds strong, scalable systems that keep clients happy and businesses growing. In SaaS, I manage large enterprise portfolios and turn product data into practical, ROI-driven guidance that drives retention and expansion.

At AutoHub, I own and retain a portfolio of 240+ B2B accounts, generating $1M+ in expansion ARR year-to-date while maintaining ~95% net revenue and logo retention. I lead quarterly business reviews and strategic account planning, translating engagement and performance signals into recommendations that improve adoption and reduce churn risk.

I also partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Operations, and Support to optimize onboarding, resolve complex issues, and influence product roadmap priorities. I build performance dashboards that track onboarding, engagement, churn risk, and growth metrics so teams can make data-informed decisions across the customer lifecycle.

Before SaaS, I built and ran a regulated agricultural business from scratch, handling operations, compliance, workforce, and partner relationships. That operator mindset shapes how I lead today—clear systems, accountable teams, and consistent execution—plus mentorship through training programs, SOPs, and escalation frameworks as I develop teams of account managers and dealer success specialists.
