I’m looking to contribute to a professionally dynamic team, grow professionally in the sales field, and use my sales strategy, CRM tracking, and customer relationship skills to secure new customers and support repeat business.

I’m a motivated, results-driven sales professional with a Business Management background, driven by a passion for customer relations. I’m excited to apply sales strategies through cold calling, door-to-door visits, networking, and online platforms to grow lasting customer value.

In my Sale Executive role (May 2025–Aug 2025), I focused on identify, approach, and secure new customers, while developing and expanding B2B and B2C client bases. I maintained strong relationships for repeat business, provided after-sales support and handled customer inquiries, and supported deal success through contract, quotation, and close-deal activities.

Earlier, as a Customer Service Assistant (May 2019–Oct 2022), I answered customer inquiries via phone and email with a high level of customer satisfaction. I helped clients choose product options and upsell additional services, assisted sales follow-ups and customer relationship maintenance, supported merchandising via planograms, and coordinated across logistics, procurement, and finance—while updating reports and maintaining confidentiality with strong time management.
