I’m looking for a team where I can own Klaviyo lifecycle execution end-to-end—campaigns and flows, deliverability hygiene, and structured QA—while partnering closely with clients/creative to turn strategy into measurable revenue growth.

I’m an email marketing and lifecycle specialist with 4+ years in agency-style execution for DTC Shopify brands. I own end-to-end delivery across campaign calendars, automated flows, builds, QA, launches, reporting, and iteration inside Klaviyo.

As an Email Marketing and Growth Manager at Krivy (Jan 2022–Present), I run 15–40 campaigns per month across 8 Shopify accounts, consistently keeping 96% on-time delivery and 98% first-pass QA. I manage approvals and day-to-day client communication, translating strategy into clear briefs for copy, design, and build work with first responses under 4 business hours.

I’m strong in segmentation, testing, and lifecycle engineering—welcome, browse abandon, cart abandon, post-purchase, winback, back-in-stock, loyalty, and replenishment. I standardize pre-flight QA (links, segments, UTMs, coupons, personalization, and send settings) so post-launch fixes stay under 2%.

For Every Man Jack, I rebuilt welcome and replenishment to drive welcome-flow orders up 302% and attributed revenue up 269%, while predictive segments contributed to 12.4% of Klaviyo-attributed revenue.
