I’m a Marketing Automation & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist with 10+ years of experience designing, building, and optimizing data-driven customer journeys. I focus on improving engagement, scalability, and marketing performance through automation and personalization.

At Perforce Software, I develop responsive, cross-client compatible marketing emails in Marketo for global campaigns. I build and maintain modular, fully editable master email and landing page templates, and I own end-to-end QA and testing across devices and email clients to ensure quality and consistency.

Previously at Fidelity National Information Services (FIS), I led end-to-end execution of marketing automation campaigns—nurture programs, ABM campaigns, event promotions, triggered workflows, and A/B testing. I implemented Marketo Predictive Content and Web Personalization, managed lead scoring and segmentation with strong database health and reporting, and delivered behavior-based messaging for more relevant customer journeys. I also developed scalable templates that reduced production time and used Velocity scripting to enhance follow-up personalization, while maintaining data quality through segmentation, cleansing, and governance best practices.

Earlier in my career, I executed marketing automation and targeted email campaigns across multiple ESP platforms, building responsive HTML email templates and landing pages and integrating web forms and lead capture systems. I’ve also been recognized with certifications and awards, including Adobe Certified Professional - Marketo Engage and multiple FIS marketing awards, and I’m motivated by building systems teams can confidently scale.
