At EarnIn, I own core mobile journeys across the Home Screen, Banking & Debit Card, and customer experience flows. I improved app startup time from 6.0s to 2.3s and helped grow MTU from 700K to 1.3M through initiatives including EarnIn Payroll, Sunshine Conversations, and Job Change.
I’ve shipped safety-critical experiences at Microsoft Family Safety, including Crash Detection and Emergency Response, while improving parental-control content filtering. I also fixed more than 40 accessibility bugs, helping achieve a gold accessibility health score and an App Store rating above 4.0.
Previously, I led mobile development for FitnessAlly at Twenty Billion Neurons, integrating CoreML, TensorFlow, Python, and Unity before the company was acquired by Qualcomm. I’ve also built iOS products at FreshBooks and ecobee, mentored distributed engineers, and contributed to product roadmaps and technical direction.

Architected and delivered major company initiatives—including EarnIn Payroll, Sunshine Conversations (SunCo), and Job Change—driving MTU growth from 700K to 1.3M.
Drove implementation and shipped the highest priority initiatives on Microsoft Family Safety app: Crash Detection and Emergency Response. Planned, architected and carried out all scenarios by being primary point of contact with 3rd party teams to coordinate testing sessions.

Led mobile development on FitnessAlly, an AI Fitness coach. Instrumental in the integration of CoreML models with TensorFlow neural networks, Python fitness state machine and a Unity game engine.
Engineered the app’s MVVM design to utilize a modern Clean Swift approach and eliminate legacy RxSwift. Introduced localization and reconstructed UI elements to support multiple languages in 160 different countries.
Developed core functionality for the Switch+ which released in March 2018. Increased overall test coverage to 90% which effectively raised the app store rating from 2 to 4 stars.
