I've supported customers at a fintech/lendtech company in Lusaka, resolving account and payment queries, investigating discrepancies, and following up on outstanding issues.

As an Accounts Assistant Intern, I reviewed transaction records, receipts, and supporting information, worked with IT on system-record discrepancies, and communicated with customers and internal teams to reach appropriate solutions. I also learned and followed procedures for handling customer accounts, payments, and financial information.

In seasonal Junior Credit Collection Officer contracts, I managed follow-ups for 30 customer accounts, documented payment commitments and collection outcomes, and helped address concerns about charges and payment information. I'm an ACCA Skills-Level student seeking a remote customer service role where I can bring a customer-focused, solutions-oriented approach.
