I am looking for a role that allows me to leverage my customer service skills in a dynamic environment, with opportunities for growth and development.

I am a customer service representative with a passion for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Currently, I work at Madison Life Insurance, where I attend to walk-in clients, digitize and initiate claims, and resolve issues and complaints. My role also involves managing social media and generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports to ensure smooth operations.

Prior to my current position, I served as a Collections Officer at UNIFI CREDIT ZAMBIA, where I managed the collection of outstanding debts and performed bank reconciliations. My educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from The Copperbelt University and I am currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration from Manipal Academy of Higher Education in India.
