What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote customer service role where reliability, clear communication, and attention to detail directly support a positive customer experience.

At Foster Daniel's and Amos Limited, I handled customer payments and enquiries in a calm, professional manner. I also balanced the day's books and resolved transaction discrepancies independently.

As an Accountant Intern at Zambia Correctional Service, I processed payment vouchers, gathered expenditure information, and maintained organised, audit-ready records. I recently completed Cavendish University's Skills for Professional Remote Work programme and am ready to bring my customer service experience to a remote role.
