I am a dedicated Accounts Assistant and Customer Service professional with hands-on experience in financial operations, cashiering, client service, and administrative support. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Lusaka (2022) and bring practical banking knowledge to frontline service roles.

In my most recent role at African Grey Insurance Limited I managed petty cash, reconciliations, bank payments, client account allocations, and payment processing while providing professional customer support. I also guided customers through online premium payment channels and helped resolve complaints related to delays, allocations, and missing receipts.

Previously I worked in debt collection and outbound contact centre roles where I conducted recovery calls, followed up on accounts, promoted mobile money services, and addressed customer concerns. I have sales experience promoting MTN products and experience building user-friendly databases and resolving data discrepancies from a data entry/analysis role.

I am customer-centric, detail-oriented, and collaborative, maintaining clear communication between finance and customer service to improve client satisfaction and support digital customers effectively.
