At UBS, I coordinate change management across APAC and EMEA, reviewing and approving changes, chairing regional CAB calls, and supporting change enablement for global clients. I also create standard change templates and help teams adopt updated processes through workshops, training, and communication.
Previously, at TECH MAHINDRA and BRITISH TELECOM, I managed change processes involving compliance, risk and impact assessment, and DNS/DHCP and firewall changes. I also analyzed change trends, supported post-implementation reviews, and contributed to software requirements and testing work earlier in my career.
