I automate operational workflows through Virtual Agent topics, knowledge feedback tasks, Flow Designer, catalog items, scheduled scripts, and Service Portal development. My work focuses on reducing open incidents and request items while improving SLA compliance and service operations.

Previously at Infosys, I built a custom ServiceNow portal to track Telstra devices from stores to warehouses. I developed integrations using SOAP, REST messages, and Scripted REST APIs, alongside custom Angular widgets and platform scripting.

I'm a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator with a master's degree in cybersecurity, bringing secure enterprise operations and automation-focused development to ServiceNow teams.
