At Si–UK, I liaised with international universities and supported students with enrollment, visa procurement, and travel arrangements. I also coordinated orientations and maintained records of student interactions and progress.
As a Counselor, I offered ongoing support during students’ study abroad experiences and held re-entry debriefing sessions to help connect those experiences with their academic goals. I was commended for my work on counseling operations, orientation issues, and client relations.
Earlier, I worked in customer service at Tastee Fried Chicken and Dominos Pizza, where I addressed service complaints and used customer engagement trends to inform adjustments. At Andria’s World Boutique, I assisted customers and monitored sales records.
