I’m a BBA Hospitality and Tourism Management student focused on hospitality operations and customer experience management. I combine structured study with practical shifts to keep service smooth, people coordinated, and daily work on track.

In my recent Shift Supervisor role, I supervised daily operations, coordinated team responsibilities, and supported staff during peak service periods. I handled order taking, food preparation, cleaning, and stock replenishment while maintaining service quality and a positive customer experience.

I’m confident with operational accountability—opening and closing the restaurant when needed, reporting issues to management, and verifying daily sales and cash figures at shift closing. That mix of organization, communication, and problem-solving helps me stay reliable in fast-paced environments.
