I’m looking for a customer-focused role where I can combine office administration and service experience, keep systems organized, support teams, and deliver attentive, reliable service that improves guest and client satisfaction.

I’m an energetic and reliable professional who blends office administration with customer-facing service. I’ve built strong skills in handling inquiries, keeping operations organized, and supporting smooth day-to-day workflows.

In my current office assistant role, I manage office correspondence and communication, maintain filing systems and databases, and support scheduling for appointments and meetings. I process invoices, track office supplies inventory, coordinate with vendors for replenishment, and maintain accurate records and reports for management.

Previously, I worked as a waitress and a hotel manager, where I provided prompt service, handled customer inquiries and complaints diplomatically, and upsold menu items and specials to increase sales. As a hotel manager, I coordinated daily operations, managed staff scheduling, implemented customer service training, monitored inventory and supplies, and controlled budgets using financial reports.

I also bring complementary healthcare training as a certified nursing assistant, including patient care, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining hygiene and comfort in compliance with healthcare regulations. With a foundation in business administration and strong communication, teamwork, time management, and problem-solving abilities, I’m committed to reliable, attentive service that builds trust and satisfaction.
