At TD Bank Group, I coordinate incoming translation requests in Flowfit, scope deadlines and source files, and assign work to in-house translators or external vendors. I prepare projects end to end in memoQ, from kit creation and file alignment to termbase updates and closure.
At GlobalStep, I managed six concurrent game-localization projects for external studios. I coordinated clients, linguists, and internal teams, identified schedule and quality risks early, and delivered all six on time and within agreed budgets.
At Gameloft, I translated, edited, and audited English-to-Traditional-Chinese content for mobile titles, including in-game text and press releases. I also worked with development, marketing, and language teams on revisions and terminology consistency.
Earlier, I co-founded and ran FH Hostel in Taiwan, and at the Institute for Information Industry I led an annual digital-content industry study and designed training courses based on real production pipelines. I work in English and French, and also speak Mandarin, Taiwanese, and Spanish.
