What I'm looking for

I'm looking to turn market intelligence into go-to-market strategy and operational execution, ideally with consumer, plant-based, or climate tech teams where I can partner closely with founders and build scalable systems.

At Mission: Plant, I lead market insights and project management for international consumer brands entering the US. I've supported 20+ brands by turning market intelligence into go-to-market and commercialization strategies.

I design repeatable workflows across concurrent client engagements, helping reduce delivery bottlenecks across research, strategy, and launch workstreams. I partner directly with founders and leadership teams on launch planning, hiring, partnerships, and market activation.

Previously, I co-founded Wonderful One, an after-school English program, where I built operational systems and led business development and client acquisition. I also co-founded Jade Web Cross-Cultural Exchange, building professional community through partnerships, sponsorships, and large-scale networking events in Shanghai.

My background also includes translating consumer research into marketing narratives at Moonshot, editing graduate application materials, and teaching in a cross-cultural kindergarten environment. I'm drawn to consumer trends, plant-based product development, and climate tech innovation.
