At King Living, I coordinate North American dispatch and logistics operations across the U.S. and Canada, partnering with warehouses, showrooms, customer service teams, and delivery partners to support on-time order fulfillment.

I monitor shipments, inventory, order progress, and fulfillment exceptions while maintaining SAP/ERP records, reporting, and operational documentation. I investigate delivery issues and coordinate clear next steps across internal and external stakeholders.

My background also includes high-volume customer experience, order processing, vendor coordination, billing resolution, remote case coordination, and accurate recordkeeping. I’m comfortable managing multiple priorities while keeping communication and daily operations organized.
