What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an operations or project coordination role where I can improve delivery workflows, support customers and cross-functional teams, maintain accurate documentation, and help keep projects on schedule.

I've coordinated delivery schedules, shipping documentation, and customer updates at Easy Stone to support on-time material delivery and project readiness.

At Triton Stone Group, I directed warehouse and distribution operations across inbound and outbound shipments, balancing staffing, inventory, scheduling, and customer priorities. I built Excel tracking systems for inventory, production, load times, and order accuracy, and improved load/unload efficiency by approximately 20% through workflow improvements.

My work brings together drivers, warehouse teams, customers, and leadership to resolve discrepancies, maintain accurate documentation, and keep deliveries on schedule.

I'm currently pursuing a B.S. in Operations Management while building on more than eight years of operations, project coordination, and customer-facing experience.
