I've coordinated order fulfillment, inventory, logistics, and customer operations for more than 15 years. In my current Order Operations Administrator role, I manage daily order assignment, fulfillment, shipping updates, quality checks, reconciliations, and On-Time Delivery tracking across U.S., U.K., and Netherlands teams.

I've built and maintained inventory SOPs, stock-count processes, reporting, tracking sheets, and operational documentation while resolving order exceptions, inventory variances, service issues, and past-due purchase-order ETAs. I also supported Zendesk migration adoption, trained new operations team members, and coordinated recurring administrative meetings.

Previously, I managed site operations at Goodbuy Gear and coordinated customer orders, invoicing, procurement, inventory, logistics, scheduling, vendor relationships, and cross-functional workflows across distribution, production, accounting, and sales teams.
