What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and improve digital products, automate business processes, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable customer and operational outcomes.

At SBI General Insurance, I managed four RPA developers to automate 29 manual processes I identified, impacting 2,400 man-hours monthly.

I led new core implementation with a vendor and consultancy firm, and ideated a digital policy issuance app with five HODs. I designed end-to-end digital processes, workflows, wireframes, BRDs, and POCs for two policy products.

My work spans product development, process improvement, and technology projects—from reducing digital dispatch errors from 51% to 1.5% and raising NPS from 44 to 59, to building an ONGC workstation utilization app used by 1,000+ employees.
