At HDFC ERGO, I own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and IRDAI approval through market launch, while supporting compliance, audits, reporting, and channel adoption.
Previously at Bajaj General Insurance, I led pet insurance development and ecosystem partnerships across Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, and Bangalore, contributing approximately ₹25 crore in GWP. I've also designed embedded insurance propositions for Amazon and Flipkart, digital payment-app distribution models, and industry-specific solutions for enterprise risks.
