Previously, as Product Owner for core underwriting platforms at Ageas Federal Life Insurance, I delivered 86% company-wide STP and 88% STP for the Federal bank-partnership channel through SPARK optimization, with zero audit deviations. I also reduced individual proposal TAT from 3.2 to 1.1 days and group TAT from 4.3 to 2.1 days.

At Swiss Re Global Business Solutions, I led MAGNUM Suite automation rollouts for more than 10 insurer clients across EMEA, Asia, and the US. I partnered with CXOs on AI scoring, cloud deployment, risk logic, Agile delivery, executive dashboards, and client enablement.

Across Ageas Federal, HDFC Life, Future Generali, Kotak Life, Tata AIG Life, and SBI Life, I've delivered underwriting automation, insurance product digitization, regulatory-compliant workflows, and digital distribution initiatives. My work has been recognized with the ETBFSI Exceller Award 2023 for Project SPARK and an Employee of the Year Award for project management and leadership.
