What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build digital products in banking, lending, payments, insurance, or BFSI, where I can translate business needs into user-focused solutions and lead Agile delivery from requirements through UAT and implementation.

At Avanse Financial Services, I lead the digital transformation of the Loan Origination System, building partner and sales portals that automate lead intake, integrations, and customer onboarding. I design borrower journeys for KYC capture, eSign, hybrid signing, and digital document management.

Previously at Tata AIG General Insurance, I helped create a mobile-based digital insurance platform for policy purchases, quotes, renewals, claims, and payments. Across business analysis and product ownership, I turn requirements into user stories, process models, wireframes, UAT, and end-to-end delivery in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall environments.
