I’m a compassionate healthcare professional with nearly 20 years of experience delivering exceptional client support, patient advocacy, admissions coordination, and customer service. I’m recognized for building rapport, communicating with empathy, resolving concerns, and working independently in fast-paced environments—especially during overnight shifts.

In my current role as a Treatment Advocate, I guide patients and families through admissions with professionalism, coordinate communication across patients, families, insurance providers, and clinical teams, and maintain accurate, confidential documentation. Previously, as a Dental Hygienist / Receptionist, I managed scheduling and records, supported front-office patient experiences, and used Dentrix/Eaglesoft documentation; earlier, I performed pulmonary rehabilitation tasks including spirometry and flow-volume loop testing while collaborating with physicians, nurses, and respiratory therapists.
