I also helped automate PowerPoint generation, implemented Smartsheet workflow tracking, and managed a team delivering 34+ client presentations each month.

At Adapthealth, I owned the Brightree CRM roadmap, data governance, migrations, payer contract analysis, reimbursement logic, executive dashboards, and KPI reporting. I built and led domestic and offshore teams supporting analytics, audits, continuous improvement, and revenue cycle operations.
