I am an IT Service Desk Professional, Knowledge Management Subject Matter Expert, and Canva Graphic Editor with strong experience supporting users, teams, and executives in structured, high‑demand corporate environments.

On the technical side, I specialize in software troubleshooting, installation, and Microsoft 365 support(Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Office applications). I focus on efficient issue resolution, minimal downtime, and clear communication.

I also provide administrative support, including email management, calendar handling, scheduling, task coordination, and basic reporting, helping clients stay organized, on track, and focused on priority work. I am trusted to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

As a Knowledge Management SME, I create and maintain high‑quality SOPs, process documentation, and knowledge base articles that improve efficiency, reduce repeat issues, and support scalable operations.

In addition, I deliver clean, modern graphic designs using Canva, including presentations, pubmats, social media content, and internal communication materials aligned with branding and purpose.

I am detail‑oriented, process‑driven, and proactive, with the ability to work independently and deliver consistent, high‑quality results.
