What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an enterprise client strategy or client management role where I can drive revenue, retention, and expansion through data-driven advisory, executive partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration.

I’m a Senior Client Manager who owns enterprise and mid-market client portfolios, focused on renewals, expansion, and long-term account health. I partner with executives to translate complex performance data into actionable recommendations that protect revenue and mitigate risk.

In my role at Partnerize, I lead executive-level client and agency engagements and analyze partnership performance and customer health metrics to surface renewal risk and growth opportunities. I’m also the primary escalation owner for enterprise accounts, coordinating cross-functionally to resolve complex issues and preserve long-term relationships.

Previously, as a Product & Customer Strategy Consultant at EvenTech Corp, I advised on onboarding strategy and product experience optimization. I also evaluated AI chatbot conversational flows to improve clarity and accuracy across digital touchpoints, while maintaining client engagement to identify feature requests and experience gaps.

Earlier at Datavision Technologies Inc., I served as a Business Intelligence & Enablement Manager delivering enterprise client onboarding and training. I produced executive-ready BI and financial reports using advanced Excel, and I analyzed usage data and feedback to identify adoption risks and optimization opportunities.
