At Delphi Wealth Management Group, I designed and published a comprehensive employee handbook from scratch and launched paid time off and work-from-home policies for employees. I manage recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll, employee reviews, and career path planning.
I also create annual engagement surveys and present action plans to company partners, using the results to inform changes to total rewards. At Citadel Federal Credit Union, I maintained employee training plans and produced a “Motivating Employees” initiative that changed aspects of company goal attainment and overall structure.
