I’m looking for an organization where I can lead enterprise transformation and organizational effectiveness—especially change activation and AI adoption—using human-centered, behaviorally informed approaches, executive influence, and measurable adoption outcomes.

I’m a director-level talent and change leader with 15+ years in Society of Human Resource practice, helping organizations strengthen leadership capability, workforce management (SHRM), and culture through human-centered, behaviorally informed strategies. I’m known for designing change activation work that aligns leadership, workforce capabilities, and business priorities to drive engagement, adoption, and measurable results.

Across enterprise transformation, organizational design, and executive coaching, I build practical roadmaps, operating model recommendations, and adoption plans that improve organizational health and long-term performance. From AI readiness and governance to workforce transition, DEIB and culture strategy, and learning/value realization, I partner with executives and HR leaders to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
