I’m a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with 7+ years of experience in the human resources space, backed by a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. I help organizations strengthen HRIS capabilities by translating business needs into SuccessFactors configurations.
As a core contributor to SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goal Management, I support large-scale implementations by owning PMGM configuration, aligning to performance frameworks, and ensuring system quality through testing. I gather and analyze requirements, build blueprint documentation, run user training, and troubleshoot issues within established SLAs.
Previously, I led HRIS digitalization initiatives—managing HRIS development projects, ensuring data integrity, and producing reporting to support HR decisions—while also taking on UI design for web and mobile prototypes. I’ve also supported HR operations and HRIS adoption through roles focused on HR administration, talent/benefit configuration, and HR business partnership.
