What I'm looking for

I want to grow as a people & culture professional delivering end-to-end talent acquisition and assessment projects, using people analytics to improve employee experience, and partnering closely with stakeholders in teams that value continuous process improvement.

I’m a results-driven HR consultant and Psychology graduate with 2+ years of experience across Talent Acquisition, Assessment, and HR Project Management. I’ve led end-to-end delivery of human capital advisory projects, maintaining deliverable quality through quality checking and documentation aligned to SOPs, scopes, and SLAs. I’m known for high ownership in fast-paced, evolving environments, with a continuous improvement mindset.

In my roles, I managed full project processes for assessment center work and talent management, achieving 100% on-time completion across 12+ projects. I coordinated and trained teams of 2–4 administrators, proactively mitigated risks, and improved processes through data analytics and no-code/low-code automations—plus I was promoted from internship within 2 months. I’m motivated by projects that strengthen employee experience, people analytics, and stakeholder impact.
