What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT support role where I can resolve hardware, software, networking, and user issues while continuing to build hands-on technical experience.

I'm currently supporting onsite customers at MCS Software Solutions, visiting branches to provide preventive maintenance and troubleshoot kiosk machines and cheque scanners.

Previously at Micronet Global Solutions, I provided first-level help desk support for users at Brandix and MAS Silueta. I handled hardware and software troubleshooting, remote support through TeamViewer and AnyDesk, OS installations, Microsoft Office, and application support.

I also worked as an IT Technician, diagnosing and replacing faulty hardware components, configuring basic networks and software applications, and resolving customer technical issues promptly.

I'm certified as a Computer Hardware Technician at NVQ Level 04, with practical training in PC assembly, operating-system installation, hardware troubleshooting, networking components, Cisco Packet Tracer, cybersecurity fundamentals, and IoT basics.
