I am an IT undergraduate at the University of Moratuwa specializing in Information Technology & Management, combining academic knowledge with hands-on technical experience. I completed a six-month IT Technician internship at the Kandy District Secretariat where I diagnosed OS and hardware issues and supported administrative workflows.
During my internship I managed digital documentation, streamlined data entry using Microsoft Excel, and ensured minimal downtime for departmental staff through timely system maintenance and troubleshooting. I hold an NVQ Level 4 National Certificate as an ICT Technician and bring practical familiarity with Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva.
