I've supported banking and finance operations at Sahara India, Centurion Bank of Punjab, Tata Motors Finance, and ExSem India Krishi Bikash. My work has included KYC checks, loan processing, customer database updates, cash handling, financial transaction reporting, and account maintenance.

At Larsen & Toubro, I handled sales support and commercial operations for materials and spare parts. I used SAP for material bookings, order processing, invoicing, stock checks, dealer orders, and monthly reporting while coordinating with stores, transport teams, dealers, and customers.

I've worked with Core Banking through Finacle, SAP, Tally, MS Excel, and email-based reporting. I also supported customer account and repayment enquiries, vendor and dealer claims, dispatch tracking, and daily MIS preparation.

More recently, I've provided IT support and digital marketing for an authorised Tata Hitachi dealer. I install and troubleshoot software, maintain computers and networks, and create social media advertisements, videos, and images using CorelDRAW, Adobe Premiere, and AI tools.
