At Concentrix Daksh India private limited, I handled back-office operations for Sprint, addressing customer issues with calls, internet, messaging, Wi-Fi calling, billing, and network coverage.

I provided resolutions, including account credits when necessary, and monitored email, chat, and Slack to identify issues and coordinate with the team.
