What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my email deliverability, authentication, automation, and campaign optimization experience to improve inbox placement, sender reputation, and measurable engagement.

I've managed end-to-end email campaigns at CodeCrew, from setup and testing through scheduling, reporting, and troubleshooting deliverability, rendering, and integrations across multiple ESPs.

I implement SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and BIMI; monitor sender performance with MXToolbox and Google Postmaster; and improve inbox placement through list quality, segmentation, personalization, and IP warming. I've also built automated welcome, abandonment, and upsell flows and developed responsive HTML/CSS templates tested in Litmus and Email on Acid.

Alongside my technical email work, I run NEOFONIX event operations and work in B2C sales, sourcing opportunities, presenting products, and closing deals. I bring a data-driven approach to campaign reporting, using CTR, open rates, conversions, and ROI to guide decisions.
