I’m a Growth & Marketing Analyst who turns marketing data into decisions that compound. Over 10 years, I’ve worked across brand strategy, performance marketing, and audience analytics—always focused on what’s working, what isn’t, and what to scale.
In my role as Marketing Analyst & Brand Lead at VisitUkraine.today, I grew monthly unique visitors from 300K to 1.8M (+500%) using organic strategy with near-zero paid budget. I tracked audience behavior across all channels, built and maintained KPI dashboards for SEO, SMM, PR, and paid channels, and ran A/B tests on content formats, headlines, and CTAs to steadily improve engagement and conversion.
I also lead competitor and market analysis in real time and translate audience sentiment into strategy—spotting patterns that became the foundation of “Keep Calm and Visit Ukraine!”. The work gained major coverage (CNN, Financial Times, The Telegraph, The Independent) without a single press release.
I actively apply AI tools to speed up research, automate reporting, and generate hypotheses faster (ChatGPT / Claude AI, prompt engineering, and AI-driven process automation). I’ve also built and tracked fundraising and growth projects—from raising UAH 2M+—and I bring a broader advertising background, including production and project management experience.
