I’m an Owner/Manager with long-term experience running deli and diner operations, focused on consistent quality, strong customer service, and measurable improvements to performance. I managed daily operations across two locations and used creativity, independence, and collaboration to drastically improve overall sales from the previous owner.
I also bring quality-focused experience from a Quality Assurance Administrator role, where I performed in-depth audit reviews and helped ensure claims met acceptable quality standards. I conducted project wrap-ups by analyzing programmatic audits, deficient and ineligible claims, and control tables in the system, including work on WorldCom and other securities cases.
Earlier, I supported trading and due diligence work as a Summer Intern by inputting trades in trading systems, preparing risk reports, and compiling company data, while also assisting hedge fund manager due diligence.
