What I'm looking for
I’m a Helpdesk Consultant who provides online support to resolve real-time travel agency issues, delivering technical assistance via calls and emails while handling challenges during the booking process. I’ve also trained and guided agency staff in using software, helping them avoid technical issues and increase operational efficiency through clear guidance and follow-through.
Before that, I built a strong service and coordination foundation through roles like Reception Coordinator at VET Hospital, where I supported client/admin workflows, managed phone calls, coordinated appointments with doctors, and assisted with patient registration processes. Earlier in my career, I worked seasonal sales as a Tour Operator, organizing and selling personalized tourist tours and complete travel packages (accommodation, transport, guided tours, activities), while advising clients on destinations and itineraries.
