Currently, I serve as a Senior HelpDesk Support at the Academic Network of Albania, where I optimize website functionalities and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement technology solutions. My commitment to continuous learning is evident as I pursue a Master's degree in Computer Engineering and enroll in a Front-End Development course to further enhance my web development skills.
