I’m a fresh graduate in Information and Library Science from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi. I bring hands-on experience across customer service, information management, and e-commerce operations through part-time roles in retail and hospitality.

I’m especially attentive to detail—I maintain accurate records, process customer information effectively, and follow established procedures. In my internship, I updated and maintained customer records in CRM and Excel, verified customer information and supporting documents for accuracy, and assisted in preparing reports and organizing operational documents.

On the operations side, I managed online customer orders through Shopee, updated product, inventory, and order information, and worked with teams to resolve order-related issues. I also supported logistics by coordinating deliveries with logistics partners, and I handled customer inquiries and complaints professionally in fast-paced environments.
